Use a size range for a starting estimate, or call us. Roof area means the sloped surface, not the home’s living area. Please don’t climb onto a roof to measure it.

How are prices calculated?
Service rates are multiplied by your measurements. Size ranges use the upper end of the range. Combined property services share the highest selected service minimum. Standard steep roof work adds 30% to the roof rate and minimum.
Is this my final quote?
This is a starting estimate before tax, based on the information you enter. North County Soft Wash confirms measurements, condition, access, scope and applicable tax before issuing your final quote. Roofs over 9:12, unusual access or unknown pitch require review.
What measurements should I use?
House washing uses living area as a starting shortcut. Roofs use actual sloped roof area. Driveways, patios and decks use the surface area to clean. Gutters use linear feet; windows use separately framed panes.
Can I request several services?
Yes. Add each service once with its total quantity. Pick one roof-cleaning scope; use roof debris removal only for a separate area or separate scope. Tell us about any unusual surfaces or access in the notes.
