How are fleet prices calculated?
Each vehicle or trailer count is multiplied by its service rate. Fleet washing has a shared $200 visit minimum. Weekly or biweekly visits with 5+ units use recurring rates. Other visits use a 25% higher starting rate. Heavy-duty cleanup requires a reviewed quote. Prices are starting estimates before tax, for routine exterior washing at one location.
Can I estimate a mixed fleet?
Yes. Add each vehicle type and its total quantity. Choose either tractor plus trailer as a combination or separate tractor and trailer services for the same equipment. Count each vehicle or trailer once.
What about polished aluminum?
Describe polished aluminum and other specialty finishes in your notes. Extra washing work is quoted after review; polishing, brightening and restoration are excluded. We confirm the surface condition and cleaning scope before quoting.
Can I arrange recurring washes?
Tell us your preferred wash frequency, vehicle counts and location in the notes. The calculator gives a starting estimate for one visit. We’ll discuss recurring service and confirm scope, pricing and availability with you.
Is this a confirmed booking?
No. We review vehicle condition, access, wash location, trailer details and applicable tax before issuing the final quote. Sending a request does not schedule a wash or collect payment. Heavy debris and specialty cleaning need separate review.
