A better clean
starts with the
right approach.

House washing, roof cleaning and outdoor surfaces each call for a different plan. We review the material, buildup and access so the scope fits your property.

PRESSURE WASHING VS. SOFT WASHING

Two methods.
Different surfaces.

More pressure isn’t the answer to every cleaning job. Surface condition and manufacturer guidance help determine the right method.

01

Soft washing

Cleaning solutions do much of the work, with low-pressure application and rinsing where appropriate. It is commonly used for organic buildup on suitable siding and roofing.

For asphalt shingles, high-pressure washing can damage the roof. The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association advises against it ↗.

02

Pressure washing

Controlled water pressure helps clean suitable hard surfaces, such as concrete driveways, patios and walkways. Pressure, technique and cleaning products are adjusted to the surface and buildup.

Wood, coatings, pavers and damaged surfaces need their own review. Specialty stains and restoration are separate scopes.

MAKE YOUR ESTIMATE MORE ACCURATE

A few details
go a long way.

House washing starts with home living area as a provisional shortcut. Roofs use sloped roof area; concrete and decks use the actual cleaned area. Gutters use linear feet and windows use pane count.

Tell us about gates, pets, water access, delicate finishes, unusual height or heavy buildup. We confirm the final scope and price with you.

PROPERTY CLEANING QUESTIONS

Know what
to expect.

Can all stains be removed?

Cleaning results depend on the surface and the stain. Oil, rust, oxidation, paint and older damage can need specialty treatment, and complete removal is not guaranteed. Mention these conditions before the quote is confirmed.

Are roofs, gutters and windows included in a house wash?

They are separate services unless your confirmed quote specifically includes them. You can add multiple services when building your estimate.

What if my roof pitch or access is unusual?

Use the custom-review option in the estimate tool or call us. Steep, fragile or difficult-access roofs require an individual assessment before pricing is confirmed.
