Quote requests

When you submit a quote or estimate request, we receive the contact details, location, service choices and notes you enter. Requests are stored in our private quoting system so we can respond and coordinate service. A website request does not book an appointment or collect payment.

Service-area lookup

When you check an address, we send it to the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoding service to identify its county. A lookup does not create a quote request. We use limited request counters to reduce automated abuse.

Photos & project stories

Project stories appear on our public website after review. Do not include private information you do not want considered for a public project story. Contact us with any questions about an image or story.

Website visit counts

We count page views using a random browser identifier saved on your device. Stored records contain a daily anonymous identifier, page path, referring website hostname and time. We do not store full referring URLs or IP addresses with visit records. Temporary hashed network counters help limit abuse. Visit records are retained for up to 90 days and cleaned up when new visits arrive. Counts are estimates; blocked scripts, privacy preferences and automated traffic can affect them. External services

Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok links open those services, which have their own privacy practices and may require sign-in.
